FROM CONCEPT TO COMPLETION

Seven steps from an empty lot to a finished, inspected space.

You never juggle a designer, a supplier, a freight company and an installer. We handle every step under one contract and stay accountable for the result.

01

Design

It starts with a conversation and a site visit. We measure the space, talk through age groups, capacity, accessibility and budget, and come back with a custom layout and 3D rendering built to city code. Revisions are free until it is right.

02

Equipment selection

We select commercial-grade, IPEMA-certified equipment that fits the design: play structures, inclusive elements, shade, surfacing, fitness, furnishings and fencing. You see samples, colors and specification sheets before anything is ordered.

03

Budget & proposal

You get one itemized proposal covering design, equipment, freight, surfacing, installation and inspection. It is written so you can take it to a board, a council or an owner and get a decision.

04

Shipping

Once approved, we coordinate manufacturing and freight. We schedule delivery around your site access and our installation crew so materials are not sitting in the rain for weeks.

05

Installation

Our crew handles layout, footings, assembly and leveling to manufacturer specs. Every post, deck and bolt is installed the way the warranty and the safety standard require.

06

Safety surfacing

After equipment is set and cured, we install surfacing rated to the fall height of each component: poured-in-place rubber, tiles, turf or engineered wood fiber, with proper base and drainage.

07

Inspection & handover

We walk the site with you, complete a safety inspection against the standard, deliver warranties and maintenance documentation, and hand over a space ready for its first weekend.
